The American Ireland Fund

The Ireland Funds were set up by Sir Anthony O’Reilly and Mr Dan Rooney in the Waldorf Astoria, New York in 1976 and are dedicated to supporting peace and reconciliation, arts & culture, education and community development throughout the island of Ireland. To date they have successfully raised in excess of $500 million for projects in the 32 counties of Ireland.

We are delighted that the Ireland Funds will partner with us in our fundraising for the benefit of Irish Performance Sailing. Please contact kathryn@sailingfoundation.ie to find out more about the efficacy of donating to the Irish Sailing Foundation through the Ireland Funds of America and the benefits to both donor and the Foundation.
